Exchange and return

The company "Stage Auto" carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and on the basis of Annex No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged (returned).

Return conditions for goods of good quality

You can return the goods or exchange them if:

1. the product was not in use and has no traces of use by the consumer;

2. the product is fully complete and the original packaging is intact, and the packaging and seals must not be damaged.

3. all labels and factory markings are intact;

4. the goods retain their presentation and consumer properties.

Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality:

  1. If you find a defect in the goods, contact a postal worker and inspect the goods in his presence, record the defect or issue a return if the goods do not fit.
  2. The goods are returned to the post office from which the goods were sent.
  3. Refunds are made within 3 banking days from the date the seller received the goods back from the carrier's office.
  4. If damage to the packaging or goods is detected during its inspection, the department must draw up a corresponding Act, and the incident is reported by phone, indicated on the website of our company.

The procedure for returning goods:

1. Inform the manager by phone +38 (098) 000-739-0 of your intention to return the goods.

2. Returnable goods can be returned within 14 days (not counting the day of purchase) to the address of the Nova Poshta branch: branch address, Branch No. 1.

3. Send the goods together with the receipt or bill of lading received at the time of purchase to the Nova Poshta branch.

4. Tell the manager the TTN number.

We cover shipping costs only if the goods were of inadequate quality. If the goods are of good quality, all costs are borne by the buyer.
